Auckland Accommodation - KDV is located at 37 Rossmay Terrace, next to Sandringham Road, and Altham Avenue in the Morningside and Kingsland suburbs of Auckland City center. We are located very close to Eden Park.

All of our lodges are built around sunny courtyards with BBQs and furniture for guests to enjoy.

KDV is ideal if you need easy access to the city center and Auckland amenities. It's close to rail and bus systems, and it doesn't take long to get to Auckland Central and Britomart Passenger Transport Center.

Both of our hostel buildings feature large commercial style communal kitchens, You can also choose from one of the many restaurants, cafes or fast food outlets in the area. Our hostels have coin-operated laundry facilities for tenants to use.

The KDV is a safe, modern property with limited free off-street parking (first come, first served). All Auckland Accommodation hostels require a swipe tag to enter the buildings and have an onsite manager.

Loft - Standard

The KDV loft rooms are in the same style as the Dossah loft rooms only that they are slightly narrower and have a more industrial style metal ladder. All other furnishings are the same which include an en-suite bathroom, double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, mini fridge, lounge chair and table.

Loft - Upgraded

Our latest upgraded KDV Loft rooms will be one of the best rooms you will find. They are completely renovated from top to tail with a new bathroom, flooring, personal WiFi router, lighting and fridge. You will also have the option to rent a reserved off-street car park. In your new room, you will also find new furniture, microwave, kettle, toaster and full set of fresh linen.
